■ Understand innate and acquired immunity

■ Understand the anatomy of lymphoid organs and development of B and T cells.

■ Distinguish humoral immune response and cell-mediated immune response.

■ Understand the antibody-antigen interaction, vaccination and immune tolerance.

■ Understand autoimmune disease, allergy and transplantation.
